Pre-save checklist

Yupoo Spreadsheet Checklist Before Saving a Find

A compact score keeps attractive images from outrunning the evidence behind them.

Quick answer

Give one point for every checklist item you can support with visible, relevant evidence. A high score means the result is easier to research further; it does not verify the item, seller or transaction.

Nine-point checklist

  • The item belongs in the category I am researching.
  • The album or catalog photos show the details that matter.
  • Watermarks and contact details are reasonably consistent.
  • Sizing, measurements or fit notes are visible when needed.
  • Price is compared with similar results rather than judged alone.
  • Shipping weight does not remove the value.
  • The source or purchase link matches the item being shown.
  • QC photos are relevant to the same item or source when available.
  • I can explain why I would save this result.

How to score a result

8–9Strong shortlist candidate, but still not verified.
5–7Research further before saving.
3–4Weak evidence; too many open questions.
0–2Remove for now.

Use “not applicable” sparingly. If a check matters to the category and the evidence is absent, score it as missing.

Strong example

A row with a traceable reason

The row names the category and exact code, links to the matching album and raw source, records visible garment measurements, notes consistent watermarks, includes relevant QC angles, and flags packed weight as an estimate.

Why it stays: the evidence is specific enough to compare, and the remaining uncertainty is written down.

Weak example

A row held together by assumptions

The label is vague, the link goes only to a contact page, the price has no source, sizing is absent, and the QC image cannot be tied to the item.

Why it goes: another reader could not reconstruct the reasoning from the row.

One-sentence save rule

Save the result only when you can name the evidence that supports it and the question that still needs an answer.

What to do next

Choose the correct category, compare photos with the QC guide, review likely packing in the shipping-weight guide, and remove the result when the safety checks reveal identity, source or payment conflicts.
