Photo comparison

How to Compare Yupoo Album Photos with QC Photos

Presentation photos show how an item is described; QC photos can show one specific item. The comparison is useful only when both sets belong together.

Quick answer

Match the product code, variant, color and source before comparing any photos. Then place the same angles side by side and check measurements or construction details that matter for the item. QC photos can expose differences, but they cannot authenticate a product or guarantee delivery.

How to read Yupoo QC photos

Read the full set in sequence and identify what each image can actually show. A front view may help with overall shape, while labels, measurements, interiors and underside details require their own clear angles. Missing evidence should remain missing.

Album photos vs QC photos

Album photos

Usually present the product range or intended appearance. Lighting, styling and image selection may make comparison difficult.

QC photos

May show one item at an inspection stage. Their usefulness depends on item identity, angle, scale, image quality and timing.

To compare Yupoo photos with QC photos, keep the exact code, option, source and date beside both image sets rather than relying on visual similarity alone.

How to check that photos belong to the same item

  • The product code and variant match.
  • Color and material description agree under reasonable lighting differences.
  • Distinctive construction, hardware or pattern placement is comparable.
  • The raw source or order context points to the same item.
  • The QC set is not a generic or recycled reference image.

When identity cannot be established, label the images “unmatched” rather than forcing the comparison.

Category-specific details to compare

CategoryUseful comparison points
ShoesOverall shape, toe, heel, sole, material joins, stitching and size label.
ClothingGarment measurements, seams, fabric, print or embroidery placement, labels and color.
BagsDimensions, structure, hardware, closures, interior, edge finishing and straps.
Watches and accessoriesScale, case or component shape, dial or surface details, clasps and included parts.
ElectronicsModel labels, ports, included parts, packaging and visible specification identifiers.

Sizing and measurement evidence

Check whether the measurement is for the product, garment or packaging; whether units are centimetres, millimetres or inches; and whether the same size label is being compared. A photo of a tape measure helps only when its start, end and placement are visible.

Image quality and missing-angle limitations

Compression, strong lighting, color balance and lens distortion can hide or exaggerate differences. A missing angle is not evidence that the detail is acceptable. Record the limitation and request an appropriate view from the responsible external party if that route is available.

Why QC photos do not authenticate a product or seller

A QC image can document visible details of an item at one moment. It does not prove origin, authenticity, seller identity, stock, delivery or refund eligibility. Reused photos and mismatched sources remain possible.

Checklist before approving any next step

  • I matched the code, variant, color and source.
  • I compared like-for-like angles rather than unrelated views.
  • I checked category-specific construction and measurement details.
  • I recorded image quality or missing-angle limits.
  • I did not treat QC photos as authentication or seller verification.
  • I know which responsible third party must answer the remaining question.
